Dance Costume Care Instructions
All dance costumes (excluding stiff tulle styles) follow these guidelines:
Recommended Cleaning Method: Hand Wash
1.Use mild detergent in lukewarm water below 40°C (104°F).
2.Soak the costume for 5-10 minutes, then gently rinse with clean water.
3.Do not scrub vigorously, wring, or twist the fabric, as this may damage embroidery, sequins, or delicate materials.
4.Do not use bleach.
Machine Wash (Only If Necessary)
1.Place the costume inside a 30×30 cm laundry bag to protect embellishments.
2.Use only the quick cold-water cycle on your washing machine.
3.Do not tumble dry – high heat can shrink, warp, or damage the fabric and decorative elements.
Special Care for Stiff Tulle Costumes
1.Dry clean only using a neutral foam-type dry cleaning agent.
2.Do not expose to water or moisture, as this will ruin the stiffness and shape of the tulle.
